Dear Lord, You teach me that for there to be hope of something, there must first be a lack of that thing. For else, hope loses its meaning. You also remind me that it is much worthier to focus on that what is not yet seen. Help me to believe in those promises that have not yet taken shape in my life. I believe that I bear fruit; fruit that is lasting and is sweet in the best seasons of life for which that fruit gives the greatest yield. I so utilize your fruits of PATIENCE + DISCIPLINE to believe and know that what is not yet seen must come to pass. For your Word does not go back to You void. I live in the hope of your promises each day and give praises unto You for You give me that joy in the season of waiting. For me, joy now becomes that substance of things hoped for and now I feel as though I already live in your place of abundance; a place that knows no lack. I can patiently wait, for your joy keeps me in perfect peace. I stand on your Word and so I enjoy the fruits of your field. Hope keeps the joy alive in me It is like your life everlasting tree Stay with me O Lord and keep my hope alive No matter how much I struggle to survive. I stand in awe of You. 28.06.23 |
