Dear Lord, You are able to do the impossible. In your presence, there is no lack. In your presence, I do not lack. In your presence, I lack no good thing. I turn my eyes to your abiding place and give You thanks for your marvellous deeds. For You can turn what may seem to be five loaves of bread to feed upon the thousands. Teach me your way O Lord. Show me to be satisfied with the present resource that I do have, that I can multiply and cause increase from all that I already have. Help me to be thankful in all that I already have. May I be a good steward for the things supplied to me, such that I bear good fruit and live. It is by your Word that I live and live more abundantly. All that I have will never run dry nor be used up. Feed me with the manna of your Word, such that I be greatly satisfied. Man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord. The grass may wither, the flower fades, but your Word O Lord will stand forever. Feed me with your living Word, that I grow fat in your nourishment and be satisfied. May your Word never depart from me, but instead be a fountain of living water. May I never forget You. That I always be reminded of your tender love and care. May I stay in your presence and be always there. I dwell in the resting place that you give your children because I trust in You. I enjoy safe pasture. Help me to follow your commands, that I dwell safely in the land furnished with your provisions, eating of your fruits; the fruits of your Holy Spirit; the fruits born of the living Word, that I be filled and satisfied. May I be satisfied with your finest wheat and be refreshed under the shade of your tent. Above all, be near me O Lord, For You are my one true and living God. May I be already satisfied in your love and in your presence. Praise the Lord, give thanks. For He is good. His steadfast love endures. 20.07.23 |
