Chip ‘N Dip is a great solution to incorporate all your favourite spices. It makes for a great snack, much for one’s exploration. Just grab a small pack of tortillas, create your mix and dip to tantalize the taste buds as they warmly receive the blasts of mixed flavours.
Here are two (2) recipes that you can try, for a spiced- up snack mix:
#1_ Sour Cream Chip ‘N Dip Mix
Main Ingredients
(18g) 10 chips Tortilla chips, unsalted
(36g) 2 ½ tbsp Sour Cream, light
(36.5g) ¼ cup Tuna, light, canned in water
(5 g) ½ tbsp Onion
(1 g) ½ tbsp Parsley
(1.5 g) ½ tbsp Chive
Customizable ingredients
Chadon beni (culantro) chopped, powdered forms of [cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, thyme, black pepper, garlic, cumin], salt.
The plan:
1. Finely chop the onion, chive, parsley, and chadon beni.
2. Place the sour cream into a snack bowl and add the chopped ingredients to the bowl, mixing well.
3. Optionally, slightly cook the tuna on cooking pan for two minutes before adding to the sour cream mix.
4. Incorporate the spices, in pinched sized amounts, that you would like to add as part of the mix from the customizable ingredients and bring to a chill for at least 2 hours.
5. Preheat oven to 350 F
6. Spread tortilla chips across baking pan and allow to bake for about 5 minutes.
7. Enjoy chilled sour cream mix with baked tortillas.

Main Ingredients
(18g) 10 chips Tortilla chips, unsalted
(43g) 3 tbsp Avocado
(5 g) ½ tbsp Onion
(22g) 2 tbsp Tomato, red, medium whole, ripe, raw, year round average
(6.7g) 1/8 Lime, raw, 2” diameter
Customizable ingredients
Powdered forms of [cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, black pepper, garlic], salt.
The plan:
1. Finely chop or dice the onion and tomato
2. Peel and mash avocado in a snack bowl to achieve pureed form.
3. Add to the snack bowl the chopped ingredients, mixing well.
4. Incorporate to the mix, your choice spices, in pinched sized amounts, from the list of customizable ingredients.
5. Add to the mix, juice of lime for further flavoring.
6. Bring the mix to chill for about half hour.
7. Preheat oven to 350 F
8. Spread tortilla chips across baking pan and allow to bake for about 5 minutes.
9. Enjoy chilled guacamole mix with baked tortillas.
