|| The Learning Journey
We are creatures of learning, by our very nature. In the seed phase, that is, from birth, we are gifted with the highest learning potential to jump start our learning journey. From the very beginning, we take use of the primal senses to feed us new information, which then seeps into our very spirit; that part that holds memory untapped. Some of the biggest milestones in our learning journey started off from the much earlier stages of our lives; learning to walk, speaking, writing; the things that we utilized in order to spiral each one of us off into our specific learning journey.
There is never an end to what one can learn, yet when one learns something more, he may experience a splash of joy or excitement in his new findings. There is the common myth that learning mostly occurs in the classroom setting, yet we all never really do stop learning, be it inside or outside the classroom. When we become more attentive and attuned to this learning process, we can more fully appreciate even the baby steps we make each and every single day that help form the developing product of our lives.
Learning then, should never really be taken for granted. For it is very much a wonderful gift. The more we learn, the more we realize how much there is still so much more to learn. It never really ends. Learning disciplines the mind and keeps quiet the unsettled spirit. One may travel for many miles, though they have not yet moved across even a single distance.
From one’s learning process, he can tap into the true treasures neatly hidden in this world and beyond. And much like the child, so enthusiastic to explore much of his outer world, there is no time or space limit on what one may learn in this world.
