Under the Influence. The hormonal influence is what I am referring to.
Let us look at what certain hormones do to our emotions, attitudes and behaviour, such that we lighten the mood.
Let us also consider foods that may contribute to set those hormones in motion, such that they have their special influence in one’s life. That is, feel good foods.
