Feeling overwhelmed? Life can be this way sometimes. The awareness of the self, feeling too overwhelmed just may be the self-reminder that perhaps priorities may be out of whack. When the tensed emotion begins to grow to then finally overwhelm, one can set into motion the boating process.
Imagine then, being out at sea, the waves hitting at the outer borders of the boat. Think now;
What are three things that you are certainly not willing to let go of as you see the boat being rocked?
What do you identify as the primary factor that may potentially threaten the subliminal balance of this boat, such that it nears its tipping point? As you witness the waves coming on, assess then, is it urgent? How much of an influence can you sway to its beat?
Now think then; focus more on the former and less on the latter, as you try to balance your boat while navigating through this sea of life.
