|| The Unwavering Mind
Two points distracted disperse the focus that meets the eye. For always we can never think on two opposing points at exactly the same time. For when we start to see double vision, never really bringing those two divergent points into focus, so it is with the divergent disperse of thoughts.
The greater the dispersion of thought, the more unfocused the vision becomes. Take not for granted then, how widely dispersed the span of thoughts can become. Focus is required; the consolidation of thoughts bringing what was once many to just one.
For the scattering of thought may bring one to lose focus, much like the drunken ship set out at sea. Not moving in any set direction, not honing into what the eye wishes to see.
So, it must be then, to decide on the main focal point, sticking to much of its kind, such as to sustain what remains much of the unwavering mind.
