I have been studying the architectural design of this life inbuilt. I begin to see life as an ordered set. As though programs are running within programs. Everything is set and programmed. On this basis, one can easily read the mind of another. All one has to do, is pay attention to the content of what he is either reading, watching or listening to. Whatever he consumes, consumes him. Whatever he consumes, becomes his world. Whatever he has spent his time chewing on, becomes his world. This is the pattern that I am noticing.
Live in Me as I live in you… (John 15: 4)
Then I have come to some opinion. Freedom is such the misnomer. Freedom doesn’t actually exist by itself. Freedom exists in the realm of servantship (servant leadership... I just made up that word). There is none who can be free, yet is not subjected to some form of servantship. We all run on a program of some form or the other. The point is, ‘we are run.’ This is part of the program.
It must mean, then, that I am subject to the influence of another. I do not run on my own accord. I am by no means autonomous. I live in a world that is in another world, that is in yet another world and so on and so on. Life is iterative. There is no end, for life is eternal, for which there is no escape.
I think to myself… I really sit and reflect.
Part of the work is not to be in the system but to be the system. As long as one thinks that his needs are met on what he can see, he is still playing within the matrix of the mind (system) of someone else. If someone is shown an object or image and becomes sold on the idea that this will indeed keep him alive, is he to believe? This is a program. Part of the program is believing that indeed, this specific object will give him the help that he needs to get by.
This program has created the perception of dependency for that particular object. But life is run on programs. His beliefs can certainly still be re-written that makes him think and believe otherwise.
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. (Romans 12: 2)
What makes the dependency on the man-made object is what makes the point of idolatry. Man need not depend on any man-made derivative, but his best bet is to rely on the Source, ABBA, the Creator of all things, both seen and unseen. Man is configured to rely on his Maker for his all. He is the Ultimate Source. He is the Programmer of life, though there are many programs inside programs that are simultaneously being run at any given point in time. When man thinks to himself his freedom, leaving one program behind, all that happens is that he enters another program, for which he now has to now learn in order to conquer. There is no escaping.
I judge not then, on the life of any other, for I know and believe that each one is being run on his own individualized program. There is no escaping, that one, his world. I do not judge. I am fully aware, that in each man, there is an entire unique set system being run inside of him. He is programmed to do what he is already doing. Just as I, myself am programmed in the way that I am. Like any program, systems can be changed through overwriting. A program can be re-written, but this lot falls in the hand of the programmer. I have no control.
You are already made clean by the Word I have spoken to you (John 15: 3)
Just the thought that my thoughts are really ideas or points of concept that have been fed to me by my Programmer, makes it very clear, that I am not operating by myself. I am not self-made. The things that I decide to think about the most have already been decided. My days are set.
The actions that come out of me are really just the end products of thoughts fed into my very system. What I do and what I choose not to do, is already embedded in my heart. This is the complexity of life. The mind may think one thing, the heart does another. I would argue though, that the heart and the mind are both one, if by chance, they both align with the script fed to them by the Maker or Programmer.
So, now I come to the question, where is the freedom part in all of these things for which man is programmed? I have studied my life (for I am student) in the little span of years that I have lived and have come to some conclusion. I am most free when I work to become myself.
I know this makes very little sense on first impression. Let me explain. The Programmer has decided to make man. In man’s manufacture, man is subject to many programs, as he receives information from his tactile outer world. But whatever this man consumes, becomes his world. Man falls inside the world of another.
And now, this is the freedom bit.
Now, the Father Programmer has already decided to make man in His image. But what exactly does that mean? Man must work towards the end of becoming as his Maker, having been fed the Word and instructional package that allows this man to not be fed in the system but to be the system. Man works towards this end.
It is God’s Law that provides man with his instructional bit, to no longer experience the wrath of the flesh or be slave to the matrix of his world, but that this man becomes the matrix of his own world. This is his path to Life. This is man’s life path.
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14: 6)
Man is now fed in his heart, certain instructions. It is up to man to relay or transcribe all that is internally being fed into his system. Man’s work is to express or transcribe all that he receives from his internal world. Man therefore, operates on a system fed by the Father. In this way, man becomes servant, giving service to what he can internally see (vision or insight). He receives sight to reveal what most is not yet able to fully see. This is his work.
…The branch cannot bear fruit by itself but has to remain part of the vine; so neither can you if you don’t remain in Me. I am the vine and you are the branches. As long as you remain in Me and I in you, you bear much fruit; but apart from me you can do nothing. (John 15: 4- 5)
It is not to think then, that all that one sees is the be it and the end all. For in my Father’s house, there is all eternity to play with. Man need only become subservient to his Father, to receive true joy in the service that he has to offer.
This is the inescapable truth.
Live in Me as I live in you… (John 15: 4)
