INTRODUCTION When considering our health and the decision to adopt a healthy lifestyle, though we may really want to make changes, sometimes, it may be quite difficult to make that transition. We may have very busy work schedules and may view any type of change as a drastic one, which may discourage us in our journey to pursue our health goals. Well, it is important to note, that identifying the desire to want to make that change is always the best place to start in that journey towards adopting a healthy lifestyle. Perhaps, a trigger may be that you begin to notice a lack of energy or that you may be experiencing lethargy throughout the day while you are working. Perhaps even, you have been noticing changes in your personal health, and this has pushed you to consider changing something about your diet, that is, your eating pattern or habit.
